Do you book the road test for me?
Students book their own road test — we help you pick a realistic date and provide the car. Road-test day is $170, which includes a 1-hour warm-up lesson before the test in the same car you trained in. Cancelling a road test needs 48 hours notice ($35 fee).
What’s your cancellation policy?
Lessons need 18 hours notice by phone (not text). Without it the full lesson fee applies, plus a $50 late-cancellation fee.
Can I get a refund on a package?
Yes — satisfaction guaranteed. Unused prepaid lessons are refundable and we deduct only what you have used. There are no hidden enrollment fees, ever.
How long is a lesson, really?
You get a minimum of 50–55 minutes of practice time per hour booked. All lessons are private 1-on-1 in an automatic, dual-control vehicle.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are Government Certified and bonded under Division 27 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulation, our vehicles are inspected regularly per Div. 27.09 (1), and we are a member of the BCDSA.
Is a female instructor available?
Yes — just ask when you call and we will schedule you with a female instructor.
How do I pay?
Cash, cheque or e-transfer. Prices include tax. NSF cheques carry a $40 fee.
